TFS is One of the Most Community-Minded Companies in the Nation

It’s a four-peat for TFS!

For the fourth consecutive year, TFS was named one of the most community-minded companies in the nation by Points of Light Foundation. Only 50 companies receive the Civic 50 award annually.

The Civic 50 sets the standard for corporate community engagement nationwide, and creates a roadmap for companies seeking to best use their time, talent, and resources to improve the quality of life in the communities where they do business.

TFS made the list once again for its unwavering commitment to youth development and successful initiatives such as the Making Life Easier Financial Empowerment program, various college scholarships, and strong partnerships with Girl Scouts of the USA and Boys & Girls Clubs of America.

This year, TFS also earned recognition through its Small and Diverse Business Mentorship program that pairs TFS executives with small businesses and women and LGBT business enterprises to provide guidance in navigating corporate culture and operations. In turn, mentees commit to grow their organizations through the program and give back to the community.
