On September 29, 2015 Boys & Girls Clubs of America (BGCA) named Whitney Stewart National Youth of the Year in a ceremony held at the National Building Museum in Washington D.C. She accepted the honor before an audience that included members of Congress and BGCA partners and supporters, including National Spokesperson and Club alum Denzel Washington. Mike Groff, CEO of Toyota Financial Services (TFS), was also in attendance and was able to personally congratulate Whitney and present her with the Big Toyota key!
