The Boston Dealer Sales and Service Office (DSSO) enjoyed actively supporting our community this holiday season through various opportunities including serving meals and promoting the Toyota #Selflessie campaign!
For the Boys & Girls Club of Greater Lowell (BGC), Crystal Kasey used her early time off on Nov 26th to serve warm meals at their Annual Thanksgiving Dinner. Robin Dumais, Crystal Kasey, Nick Myers, and Lincoln Mwatha attended their Annual Holiday Auction on December 3rd sharing the Toyota table with two club teens who were performing that night and their families.
To help promote the TFS and TMS joint donation effort supporting Boys & Girls Clubs of America (BGCA), team members got a kick out of using a selfie stick to pose for #Selflessie on Instagram – #firsttimeforeverything!
And finally, for a local non-profit helping low-income people build self-sufficiency, the DSSO went above and beyond. The office received a small wish list of Christmas gifts for a recently homeless family of five but decided that they needed to provide more than what was on that list. They were able to purchase clothing, toys and household items for the entire family!
Community Ambassador Crystal Kasey said, “Thank you Toyota for giving us the means and freedom to get out there and help our local communities. Not only does it give us a chance to bond and work together outside of our usual day to day structure, but we grow as individuals gaining knowledge and skills through each experience. And the interaction with our community increases our consumer touch point fostering a better understanding of their needs.”
